Huzhou Yinhuan stainless steel Co.,Ltd. is located in changchao industrial area,Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province which is near by Taihu Lake, located in the Yangtze River Delta economic center at the junction of Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai four provinces, beautiful scenery,elegant environment, land, air and sea transportation convenient. The company was founded in 1994, covering an area of more than 33,000㎡, with a registered capital of USD 2.85 million and a total investment of USD 40 million. The main products are stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes, welded pipes stainless steel BA tubes and related accessories. Seamless steel pipes are produced by cold rolling as the main, cold drawing as a supplementary, rolling-drawing joint process organization and production. Our main products are boilers and heat ex-changers, pressure vessels, for petroleum cracking units, nickel alloy tubes, and for food hygiene grade BA tubes, electrolytic polishing tubes and instruments. The products are widely used in petroleum,chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, instrument and meter, ship-building, military industry, power station, paper-making, food hygiene and other industries.

We have advanced production lines and perfect testing equipment: LZG-60 high-speed rolling machine, LG-30 high-speed cold rolling mill group, LG-20 high-speed mill group and matching cold drawing unit, natural gas roller bottom solid solution treatment furnace,ammonia decompressing bright annealing furnace and other production equipment, And equipped with finished goods nondestructive flaw detection system-and eddy current flaw detection, hydrostatic testing,ultrasonic testing of 100tscreen Mechanical properties testing machine, high pressure water-jet cleaning equipment,endoscope, spectro alloy spectrometer, metal-graphic test machine,these series of form a complete set of test equipment, to ensure the quality of our products.



 

We have obtained the IS09001-2000 China Quality Certification Center quality Management System certification in 2005, the national special equipment(pressure pipeline components A, B class)manufacturing license, license number: TS2710O80-2023,EU pressure vessel Directive PED certificate.We have 100 employees, including 20 engineers and technicians and 6 nondestructive test operators,3 persons have physical metal graphic analysis and chemical analysis qualifications at present .Most of the our workers have nearly 20 years of stainless steel pipe production experience, accumulated a relatively rich professional knowledge and experience.
